Clare Fone woke the festival up this morning with her eccentric mix of yoga, pilates, ballet and physiotherapy. Her aim is to improve the health span people have, rather than the life span. She says that we need to focus our efforts on eating well and exercising well.

Clare believes that we need to stop making excuses and start focusing on our diet, keeping active and sleep hygiene. She showed the keen beans how to keep fit in their everyday life with the beautiful backdrop of the river behind her, and through the sleep deprived haze everyone promised to make more of an effort to keep fit and healthy.
